This advocacy film was produced for the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs during the visit of UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Ursula Mueller to Niger.

The challenge
The humanitarian situation in Diffa, Tillabéri and Maradi was deteriorating, while the complexity of overlapping displacement, protection and food-security needs made it difficult to communicate a clear and compelling case for international attention.

My contribution
I shaped the narrative, coordinated the production and translated field evidence and senior-level advocacy priorities into a concise visual story designed for decision-makers, donors and the wider public.

Strategic value
The project demonstrates how executive communication and documentary storytelling can make complex humanitarian evidence accessible without oversimplifying the political and operational context.
