Digital Community Engagement
From signals to local action
A question asked online can be the first sign of a concern that a programme needs to understand. Digital Community Engagement connects those signals with the people who can interpret them locally, combining shared technical capacity with country-level listening and response.
Building a distributed programme
At UNICEF, I co-lead programme design and implementation: supporting country teams, developing digital campaigns and hybrid listening models, and working with technology, academic and UN partners. Programme planning, procurement and vendor engagement are part of making the approach usable beyond a single pilot.
A shared capacity, many contexts
The programme supports work across more than 40 countries, with digital campaigns in 10 countries. AI-enabled agents and audience analysis contribute to that wider effort. Polio Pulse is one product within it; Infodemic Watch has a separate project profile. These are programme-wide figures, rather than results attributable to one tool.
