From using technology to making it

For young people facing exclusion from education or employment, coding and design can open a different relationship with digital tools. EdiBo approached those skills as things participants could practise and build upon.

Two hundred hours of learning

At FORMALAB, I designed and delivered a 200-hour web coding and design course for NEET young people and migrants, and advised on follow-up programme development. The programme trained more than 100 participants.

Teaching as design

The work combined curriculum design and delivery, connecting technical content with the people learning it. The course’s scope and delivery are part of its record; longer-term employment outcomes are not claimed here.
