Rethinking Creativity
Policy through the lives it touches
Rethinking Creativity explores cultural policy through grounded stories, including a film from Burkina Faso. Rather than beginning and ending with a framework, the series looks for the people and practices through which it becomes visible.
Producing across countries
I developed the editorial approach and coordinated decentralised production, providing narrative and visual guidance to country teams. Local material became part of a shared international series about the 2005 Convention and cultural development.
Bringing stories into institutional debate
Produced in UNESCO programmes supported by European and Swedish cooperation, the films were used in statutory settings, including Conferences of Parties. The collection below retains the two identified films and their supporting imagery.
