UNESCO Creativity Platform: Digital Knowledge Infrastructure for Cultural Policy
The UNESCO Creativity Platform was developed as a shared digital environment for the Secretariat of the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.
The challenge
Policy information, programme data, stakeholder records and communication products were distributed across separate systems, limiting institutional learning and public accessibility.
My contribution
I helped define the platform architecture, digitise data-collection workflows, integrate knowledge-management and CRM functions, and align the public interface with the operational needs of the Secretariat.
Strategic value
The platform moved beyond a conventional website. It created a connected information infrastructure supporting reporting, policy monitoring, programme visibility and stakeholder engagement.
