The video is part of a series of short documentaries telling the stories of victims from land grabbing. The series was commissioned by Oxfam Italia with the aim of raising the awareness of both the Italian and international institutions on the challenges encountered by loca communities after foreigner companies were authorised to run massive land grabbing and deforestation in the region of Mondulkiri. The project is one of the many collaborations with my fellow Davide Grotta. Part of the collected images were used to produce several campaigning materials such as brochures and video ads.
